solid stay, great location
easy check-inroom fanbroken tap
the staff stored my bags since my room wasn't quite ready. check-in was fast and easy. i booked a compact double room and it was clean. a fan was in the room, useful since it got quite warm (i appreciated that).
The sink tap didn't work properly. the plug also had issues, it was difficult to shave. i didn't like the orange juice at breakfast. It tasted artificial.

the compact double room had sufficient space and a clean, tidy environment. the shower area was notably well kept with good water pressure. amenities included fresh towels and toiletries replenished daily (which i needed).

i found location was really convenient near city center. staff were friendly and very helpful especially sue from the catering team, she met all our individual needs. breakfast had a good selection of quality produce and was well presented. the hotel was beautifully decorated for christmas and felt very cute.
the room i stayed in, it felt a little small, but this was a very minor issue.
